01Who are we?

AquaMerge is a game developed by Salt Shaker Labs (the "Service"). For any questions about this policy, you can reach us at info@saltshakerlabs.com. By using the game, you agree to the processing described in this policy.

02What information is processed?

Salt Shaker Labs does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or address through the game.

To keep the game free, we use Google AdMob as our ad provider. To serve ads, AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device:

• Advertising ID (Android advertising ID)
• Device information such as device model, operating system version, and language setting
• IP address and the approximate location derived from it
• Ad interaction data (e.g., ad impressions and clicks)

This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Salt Shaker Labs does not access this data at an individual level; we only see aggregated ad reports.

03Ads and Google AdMob

AdMob may serve personalized or non-personalized ads, using your advertising ID and similar technologies to show more relevant ads. To learn more about how Google uses data, see: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

• You can turn off personalized ads or delete your advertising ID in your Android device's Settings › Google › Ads.
• Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalized ads within the game where required by applicable law. You can change this choice later.

04What information don't we process?

• Payment or financial information (the game has no in-app purchases)
• Usage statistics or crash reports (no analytics tool is used)
• Direct identifiers such as your name, email, or phone number

05How is the information used?

• To show ads so we can offer the game for free
• To deliver ads correctly and securely, prevent ad fraud, and measure ad performance (by Google)

06Who is your data shared with?

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The information described above is processed only by our ad provider, Google AdMob. Information may be shared, to the extent necessary, only where there is a legal obligation or a lawful request from the competent authorities.

07Children's privacy

AquaMerge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

08Retention and security

Since Salt Shaker Labs does not collect personal data through the game, we do not keep a database of such data. Information collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's retention policies. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

09Your rights

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the GDPR, and other applicable laws, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, and to request correction or deletion, as well as the right to object. To exercise these rights, send us an email; we will respond within 30 days at the latest. For data processed by Google, you can also use the tools Google provides.

10Changes

As the game evolves (for example, when a new service or feature is added), we may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change.
